Further to Jennifer Lehman's offer to email her narrative, I have posted her
first draft of this and the newspaper obituary notice on Catharine's bio web
page.  Jennifer intends to finalise these over the next few weeks.  I will
post any further information in this thread as I get it.

Rather than emailing Jennifer as she first suggested, please read or copy
the documents from the website at www.cancersupporter.com.  Follow the links
to

"alt.support.cancer.breast"
"View alt.support.cancer.breast members bio pages, or add your own"
"view others' bio pages"
"Catharine, or Hula Blooz"

The story links are between the first two green horizontal lines.  You can
also find there a link to the amazing story of her cat, Jack, that Juli
Lawrence (Juls) referred to in her post.

If anyone has difficulty getting the site, I tried clicking on the
website www.cancersupporter.com as you said, but could not get
anything. When I added an s to cancersupporter, I got through.

Quite right, that should read www.cancersupporters.com .
Well, it was late.  And the rest of it worked.  Hrumph.

Tim, thanks so much for your wonderfully successful efforts in
supporting all of us who either have, or are affected by breast
cancer. Your own personal accounts are more than moving.

And Catharine has now joined the column of human beings who have
been cursed by this miserable disease. Sometimes it seems it's
just one incredibly difficult loss after another.

Over the years, as I read her posts, it was her candor in
describing the things that were going on in her life that I found
especially moving. I often felt as if I was reading a diary
remarkably similar to Anne Frank's in its depth of revelation and
feeling.

Because of her constant, vibrant, presence, this loss is
particularly difficult.

Yes, most definately, but so was your tribute to Catharine, Flatus.

Yes, so very true...and I think, no not think, but I am quite sure that she
knew and chose her own private way to handle this stage and prepare for this
exit or should I say transition...

Thanks Tim,

I, like everyone, am having a hard time with the idea of Catherine's
death. I appreciate your efforts.
