Friday my lovely wife Gloria lost her four year battle with
this awful disease.  The end was quick with little pain.  As
a practicing buddhist she will be reincarnated in a higher
form.  All appropriate ceremonies were carefully followed.
She was on the telephone with her favorite teacher at the
moment she left.

I will be absent from this group for a while.  I will come
back eventually to lend support to survivors.  With much
sadness I realize Gloria is no longer among that group. -

How beautiful - but a loss to you in this incarnation nevertheless.

I hope you do. You've helped people already.

Tony, I echo the same sympathies and condolences as so many others here.  As
the husband of a cancer fighter, my greatest fear is to lose my wife to this
disease, as you have.  Please do remember this group, and come back when
you're ready.

My heartfelt sympathies,
Scott

Oh, Tony, I am *so* sorry to hear this. Please do rejoin us when you
feel up to it, to continue your support for others, or if we can offer
support to you.

With sympathy,

Ann T.

Tony,

I mostly lurk these days but I wanted to let you know how sorry I am that
Gloria lost her fight.  She had a great supporter in you and I'm sure that
she was thankful that you were there.

Please accept my sympathies on her passing.
Take care.
