I've been reading about hormones, such as melatonin.

Some people (with BC) think that it's a good idea to take melatonin.
I've bought the 3 mg(?) sublingual-type, & am using it at night.

So far, I feel a bit groggy & odd during the day, ... but not anywhere
near as bad, as what I felt while taking the estrogen-blockers
(aromatase inhibitors, Arimidex).

Yesterday, my blood pressure was lower than it's been being (since I had
surgery in April 2003), ... & I'm able to sleep more & better, & without
using Tranxene (tranquilizer) or Benadryl.

The melatonin might be helping some.

???

PS   A Game Plan For Fighting Cancer

For the past week or so, I've been researching food & supplements during
any spare moments, & stay exhausted.

I've got to come up with a good plan, to fight this cancer & win, ...
now that I can read & think some again.

I have heard that and am somewhat interested.  I was trying to get more info
about it but am not sure enough research has been done.  I sleep fine--when I
sleep--but do try to avoid it...too busy and too much I'd rather be doing...
