Can you not see them? I'm not sure I understand the question.
Whether your post is quoted in a reply is up to the poster of the reply, and
the software they are using.
However your original post should still be visible in your own browser for a
period of time specified by you in the browser settings
(Tools,Options,Maintenance in Outlook Express)).
If you are looking for old posts that have expired from your browser, i.e.
archives, then look at
http://groups.google.com/groups?q=alt.support.cancer.breast
which has posts going back to the year dot. Beware that it sorts them a
little differently from O.E., and posts with the same subject line get
grouped together even if they are actually different threads.
