Hey,
I’ve been chosen to represent the Teenage Cancer Trust as I feel
really passionate about the work they do.  You see, I didn’t usually
wear sun cream in the UK.  But then I visited this site www.shunburn.co.uk
and it’s got some really interesting facts about what can happen if
you don’t take care in the sun.  You can sign up to get FREE text
messages telling you when you need to be wearing sun cream (text SHUN
to 80231) and you can win prizes too.

*Sigh*  That's one problem I don't have. (Looks longingly out from under
near-permanent cloud cover.)

Now if it told you when to take the Vit-D supplements too...

Oh come on, Tim, we've had a lot of clear skies and sun in the last couple
of days. water from the solar panel is over 51C!

OK, it's not bright now but tomorrow is another day :-)

You get more sun than we do, when the wet prevailing winds blow over the
Pennine Hills we're in the uplift zone where it rains, you're in the
rain shadow on the other side.  (But you get more snow in winter.)

But yes I admit there have been a few patches of clear sky lately.  The
ground almost dried between the showers for the first time since about
October.

Well yes,  you're the ones to blame when our gardens are parched :-)

Have had hardly any in the last few years. It's so rare that I take pictures
of it now - and very quickly before it goes away.

Hurrah!

:-)
