Well, I don't want to go into agonizing detail because she's quite a private
person & it's not my story. In brief: She had had a single mastectomy 20
years back, in her early 40s. I think it's that over the last few years,
she's been spending more time in outdoor summer activities (boating,
swimming, etc.) and found the prosthesis hot, escape-prone, etc. Wanting
to be balanced-weight but more at ease wearing active wear while truly
(very, very) active, she decided to get an implant. Results - kind of
early times yet, as the permanent implant has only gone in recently. I
believe she considers it to have been a good decision, so far.

Quite right too - I wouldn't want such detail :-)

Thank you, it sounds very reasonable for her. I wouldn't want to be
lop-sided either :-)
