-change in size or shape of the breast
-nipple discharge or nipple turning inward
-redness or scalling of the skin or nipple
-ridge or pitting of the breast skin
although you are men you also have to concern about this cancer because

Please clarify and cite your source.

A small smooth lump, that doesn't change at all, over the years.
Or a small or large lump, that grows fast.
Or a history of benign lumps [cysts & fibroid (sp?)],
Or injury to the breast, that results in lump. [Cancer super-likes to
grow, at injury sites.]
These were my experiences, so I know this for sure.
I also know from experience, that most mammograms & sonograms, won't
detect cancer, no matter how large the lumps get.
And that many doctors lie, about the above. Try to prevent breast cancer
from being detected & treated, early or late. Want to make their $$$ off
last-stage cancer "care" & delays/fraud, .... at least in the East
Texas, West Louisiana areas, & Dallas & Houston, where I sought medical
care.
I'd NOT recommend Baylor, UT or SWMED/Parkland, LSU, M D Anderson (UT
run), ETMC, Good Shepherd in Longview, Schumpert in Shreveport, or
Longview Diagnostic Clinic.
So far, I'm not sure how you find the good docs here, .... the
competent, will-work ones.
The Medical Industry has just about been ruled & regulated (by the govt
& corporations) to a stand-still. Fraud for $$$. Nothing good or legit
left in it. And no quality controls. No way to sue.
I remember to have hope & keep trying.
