Mangosteen

You're thinking.. "What is mangosteen, anyway?

Read on or take a tour of the web site  www.mymangosteen.com

Simple, it is a fruit; it has a dark red rind.  It is primarily grown in
Southeast Asia and revered as the Queen of Fruit.  Mangosteen's scientific
name is Garcinia Mangostana. Traditionally, mangosteen is recognized by its
enticing flavor. It has been used to ward off infection in folk medicine by
drying and grinding it.  Ancient healers used and extract to reduce fever.
Many have used poultices to treat parasitic skin infections, dysentery,
diarrhea, eczema and urinary tract infections.

Mangosteen is widely used Southeast Asia and until recently is making its
way to the rest of the world.  This would explain why you probably have
never heard of it before.

Science behind Mangosteen

Located in the rind of the mangosteen researchers have identified dozens of
biologically active compounds called xanthones.  They have gone so far as to
say:  "Xanthones show considerable biological activity, and it is surprising
that none of them so far have an established us in medicine." - Taylor and
Frost, Phytochemial Dictionary, 1983.

What exactly are Xanthones and what do they do?

They are some of the most vigorous phytonutrients which promote health and
increase body function. The whole mangosteen fruit is packed with xanthones!

But wait there is more!

Mangosteen has also been shown to contain powerful antioxidants to fight
Cancer, prevents hardening of the arteries, Anti-Parkinson, Anti-Alzheimer,
Anti-depressant, prevents fungus, prevents Bacterial infections, lowers
blood sugar, lowers blood pressure that is just a few.

In all 22 benefits of the mangosteen fruit!

you but it did work for me with amazing results.

Oddly, no, I wasn't.

Myself, I was thinking "why would this guy want to risk the wrath of his
ISP by posting commercial advertisements on several non-commercial
Usenet newsgroups, in contravention of his conditions of use."

Excellent, Tim.

I wasn't thinking about mangos either - I was thinking of dropping an
email to abuse@comcast.net, though.
