My sister is a 43 y/o woman. She had mild chronic fatigue, worsening
for the last 3 years. Now she feel fatigue, depression, anxiety,
irritable bowel, and mental confusion. She went to a specialist who
found a T-3 deficiency, mineral deficiencies (iron, potassium, etc),
and adrenal insufficiency and also a pre-coagulant syndrome and an
overload of Vitamin D. She is extremely sensitive to starches and
sugar. Sometimes she has swelling and bloating, especially in my lower
legs. She also get dark circles under her eyes, light intolerance and
her body type has totally changed from a "pear" to an "apple"
- very heavy around the torso and face. She gained over 60 lbs in the
last 3 years. She take supplements and B vitamins only. She is on a
specially compounded T-3 and 25 mg DHEA. She has 3 small amalgam
fillings. Around age 29, when this all started, she had a "cold"
nodule on herthyroid. Her diet now is mostly chicken/fish/greens/carbs.
She now live far from the doctor who tested her. She feel "I am slowly
getting worse".

Tell your sister theres no tablet against getting old and to get off her
fat a.s and do something about it like going to a gym, jogging, tennis
etc. Obviously she must get her thyroid function tested too.. And ask
her to stop her brother wasting our time in a cancer group..
