Some of you may remember me from a while back...diagnosed with bc last dec,
had lumpectomy followed by chemo then radiation....got 3 more sessions of
rads to go...but felt short of breath and had cough...spoke to the onc...
and she did loads of tests and said there ddn't seem to be a problem...but
because I was anxious...she sent me for a chest ex-ray....within
15mins,,,,all clear.  thank God...keep thinking it's going to spread...no
lymph-node involvement....but still I worry....going back to work on the
14th of sept...have been really good all thru'     But it really makes you
re-evaluate your life......every little thing  means so much more now.......

This is exactly how I feel too.  Wanting to get the most out of life, but
with this fear hanging over me always.

>Hi Pam
I've not long recovered from my treatment from BC. I have just had my first
yearly Check up and all is fine. Try to think positive all the time, never
for 1 minute during my treatment did I let my BC bother me I managed to sail
through thinking positive thoughts all the time, even when I was feeling
sick and nauxious with the chemo.

Just think only 3 more radiations sessions then it will be 2 then 1.

You Just go girl best of luck

Hi,   Sorry, did post when I was first diagnosed,  Tim replied to my post
and a few others....last November...and a few times since....up-dates on my
treatment etc...and one or two posts to other people...am on OE  don't
understand computers, my son keeps mine working...but i think sometimes
people can't read some messages that others can.   Once took your advice on
blocking a poster.

Hello Pam, that wasn't him who gave you advice on who to block.
It was probably me.
Actually, he's a good one to block. His email is always
burglar_of_turds@yahoo.com
He's a pain in the butt on various newsgroups  http://tinyurl.com/7r6w2
He can change his screen name, but when he posts to cancer newsgroups, he
changes it to "J".
I've filed a complaint about his recent rude and insensitive post (and a few
other goodies of his) to the wife of a dying patient on alt.support.cancer. Best
I can do luv. We'll see if they do anything or not, about him. (I assume it's a
he).
Hugs
J
