There seem to be many different schools of thought & training,
concerning the treatment of lymphedema.  The one that my therapist has
trained in, is the Vodder method.

Does anyone know the names of the others?

Thanks.

PS  Yesterday, my left arm was wrapped for the third time.  This
morning, I took off the bandages.  My thumb area is a little swollen, so
I'm elevating & gently massaging/stroking it, before I try to get busy
doing chores.
