platlets are low...

hi everyone,
its been 2 1/2 years since my dx.today i had my six month check.my blood
platlet count  has always been low since chemo,but it now stands at its
lowest..77.we have aliminated history or lifestyle causes.i will be having a
bone scan and more blood work done.i have an exceptionally healthy lifestyle
and feel just great, so can anyone help me out here as to what might be the
cause ?
