I'm a 45 year old male and have lately been experiencing very
persistant itching on my right nipple(!)
I had been seeing a dermatologist for a bad acne problem, for which he
prescribed Accutane; it seems like during the 5 month course of that is
when this problem started.
I mentioned it to him and he examined it and saw nothing remarkable
and said it could be nerves tingling, causing an itching sensation, &
that maybe it'd just stop after awhile.
Well it hasn't stopped and apparently isn't going to.
It just seems to me that if a person's nipple suddenly starts to itch
all the time it HAS to mean something.
Anyone have any input/suggestions? I'm actually quite worried about
it.

You obviously think it might be something nasty to post on this
group.....please get it investigated, even if it means paying to go
private...Which I did.. Your GP will reccommend a local clinic and they will
arrange an apptmnt.... Will put your mind at rest,   peace of mind is
everything.....let us know how you get on... chances are it's nothing
'orrible.... Good luck
