I have tumors in my bones only .... If I have a tooth extracted does that
indicate that the cancer may leave the bone beneath the tooth and spread
into my tissue?

If they are localised tumours they will not spread into the tissue

I don't think there's much chance of that unless perhaps you actually
had a tumour growing in the jaw under the tooth.  But they usually x-ray
teeth before extraction, and any tumour would show up then.  I don't
think it's common for them to go there anyway.

Yes - the dentist was afraid that my mouth had been irradiated since
apparently it can have fatal resultsdue to lack of oxygen in the gum tissue.
James the radiation person said it was only the top of my skull and my teeth
were not done.

That's a rather different issue from the risk of cancer spreading. What
the dentist is concerned about I think is necrosis of the gums as a
result of radiation, not a direct result of the cancer.

That's right.
