I wouldn't dare keep any of you wonderful, wonderful people in limbo.. I
just got back from my appointment at the "Comprehensive Breast Center" and
the news was good. He said I had a benign cyst and that there was nothing to
be worried about. If it got larger he would drain some fluid off of it but
as of now it wasn't even big enough to consider doing that. He seemed a
little perplexed that my gyn was concerned. He only did a mammogram and an
ultrasound, said there was no need for anything further and said for me to
resume my yearly mammograms. Needless to say, I went out to my car and had a
good cry. I almost feel guilty though that it wasn't something more, Now,
does that make sense?
I can't thank you all for all of the good thoughts, positive encouragement
and information that you have sent me. I appreciate them all and will pray
that I can be of use to you all in some small way some day. I think I will
continue to lurk here, I hope that is okay. You are all good kind wonderful
caring people and I lift you all up in my prayers.

No, you should have been laughing! But I can understand the tears of relief.

Thanks you so much Mary for your encouragement.
Rhonda
Okay....I'm gonna go a little silly on ya here....YEEHAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great news!!! I'm so thrilled for you. I don't doubt that you'll keep up
with your mammograms and doctors appts when needed. This kind of a scare
definitely sticks with you, or it does for most.
You make sure you take care of yourself, you hear?
And yes by all means, lurk away dear...
Take care there/God bless and may He continue to grant you the gift of
good health for many years to come.
Life is good...Later today I'll be hugging my grandchildren...I'm
babysitting for 2 of them while another goes for a doctors appt. Our
newest "Harry" 2½ months old. OMG!! is he cute!!!! but I'm kinda
partial...
Good luck dear...annie
Ultimately.....we know deeply that the other side of every fear is a
freedom.
"Courage"...is *fear* that has said it's prayers.

Annie,,
Thanks so much for that big Texan " Yeeeehaw".. (yes, I'm from Texas)
I was thrilled to say the least and coming home to my two grandbabies took
on a new excitement. You have a 2 1/2 month old grandbaby? My youngest is 10
months and she's lost that new baby smell :( haha... Harry still has it so
stick your nose in there and smell good for this Grandma from Texas..lol.
Aren't grandbabies the best? They're the reason I get up every morning.:)
Thank you Annie, from the bottem of my heart for your encouragement and good
thoughts.
