what do they mean?

Hi all:

Here is some terminologies that I don't understand on my pathology.

Modified Bloom and Richardson histrologic grade I/III.....overall score 5/9

That is Grade I or "well differentiated" which indicates a good prognosis.
Scores run from 3 to 9, divide by 3 to get the grade, the average over 3
different measurements
