Hello All
My wife was operated on for breast cancer and for the past three years has
been taking tamoxafin. Recently she has been having some lung problems. She has
seen a lung doctor . I know this is an reach but does anyone know of a
connection between tamoxafin and lung problems?

I haven't heard of one.

The manufacturer does not list any such problem among the known adverse
reactions to Tamoxifen.  Their data is based on a study of some 1400 women,
so if it does exist it must be pretty rare.

Lung metastases from breast cancer are of course common, fingers crossed
that it is not that.

What does the lung specialist say?
