Spiriva is used to treat COPD, not Asthma... perhaps you don't have Asthma....
a lot of people are being treated for Asthma when in fact they have COPD
instead... an awful lot of MDs, especially pulmonologists, are charlatans.

The "Handihaler" (Spiriva, Advair) is a much more complicated
contraption than the "Turbuhaler" (Pulmicort).
To get the powder out of the Handihaler and into my lungs I really have
to draw hard, Suck power, hmm. Glad I can do it but wonder whether
someone more frail and debilitated might not be able to do so.
The Turbuhaler is more simple and easier to inhale from. If you will
take off the part that touches your lips, put on your reading glasses,
and peer into the hole, you'll see how it works.
I'm sure Turbuhaler is patented. It's Astra-Zenica's
ace-in-the-hole.---Jack
