good inhaler counter?

This group's FAQ mentions the Doser for counting the number of uses of a
metered dose inhaler. A Google search brings up lots of other options.
Any ideas on good inhaler counters?

Works great and very unobtrusive, hardly anyone will recognize it for what it
is, in fact you don't need to actually wear it.
