See as a sample: " It is the Cinnabar Field where the source of force
located. When the mind guides the breath, the weakened press strains
and you feel warmth; an effort is made with movement and thus force is
borne. It means the Breath Qi leaves the cinnabar Field.
The Law of the Cinnabar Field is the base of Breathing exercises, the
force emanated from the Cinnabar Field is equal to the tiger's force!"

Sounds convincing to me. After experimenting with various techniques
and getting rid of shortness of breath and bronchospasm during
exercise I guess you have to:
1) get out of the pharma-age and western medicine,
2) realize that you've gotta learn hard and take some risks.
Getting over asthma seems to involve correcting breathing muscle
action. With medication you haven't a chance because the avowed
object of medication is do everything without having to learn in this
way. Congrats, Richard Friedel
