is peak flow meter readings the same as oxygen levels? does anyone

No, they are not the same at all. Oxygen levels in the blood (read by using
a pulseoximeter - a small probe put on the end of a digit or earlobe) inform
you of the amount of oxygen in the blood thereby letting you know if you
need to have oxygen therapy or not.
Peak flow readings are completely different in that they measure the
fastest rate of air that you can blow out of your lungs. Its used to help
diagnose asthma.
