First, however, one should seek attention from someone who can at
least spell the name of the disease correctly.

Which explains the mortality rate there.

Hogwash (again).

Anyone who sends their $200 with no evidence from the vendor that it works
or an independently confirmed list of the ingredients is going to be a victim;
at best you'll lose your money, at worst you'll lose your money AND the
"medicine" will damage your health (as many other indian herbal remedies
have been shown to do, for example causing liver damage).
