There might be an electrical device that would produce negative ions which
may have an effect of reducing concentrations of ozone. Ozone is made up of
three atoms of oxygen. Normal oxygen contains two atoms of oxygen. I think
that ozone can break down into normal two atom oxygen in the presence of
negative ions. Is there anyone better qualified than me to offer a better
solution to the problem of ozone pollution?

Ozone is a highly reactive chemical. Typically unless there is a
source renewing it - the stuff will degrade quickly in an indoors
environment. (15 min to an hour)
