My name is a Dave. In 1991 I was diagnosed as having Asthma, C.O.P.D.
(Enphysema) and had to sleep sitting in a chair. Since that time I had a
heart attack, developed Congestive Heart Failure, High Blood Pressure, and
Hyperinsulinemia.
How could a 60 year old man be so sick? Well, I had smoked 50 cigarettes a
day for 43 years. When my problems began to appear, it was like "deja vu", I
recognized that I was on the same path that my father went down. He relied
on medical science to help him and he lived with a great deal of pain, and
died an invalid. I decided that his way didn't work, so I would seek other
ways. At times the alternative way feels lonely in our society.
Sometimes, when we seek things, we find them. I was very fortunate to find a
special Wholistic Doctor who is also a herbologist. She has taught me that
healing is an option, if we can restore our immune system. Every healthy
baby has a fully functional immune system at birth to protect it from
disease. Over time our immune system gets broken down and we can then get
sick. By supplementing our diet, avoiding harmful chemicals, drinking clean
water, and exercising regularly, we can restore our immune system and it
will, over some time, improve and/or cure our disease.
The basic problem that I faced was the fact that by doing any physical
activity I lost my breath. I couldn't walk 10 feet without sitting down to
catch my breath. In 2002 I had twelve 911 calls because of severe asthma
attacks. I was really scared.
I worked for several years, taking many high quality supplements to
strengthen myself. I bought a video of the Buteko Method that helped me
correct my poor breathing habits. Each thing improved me a bit. Then my
Wholistic Doctor found a very old remedy that was available in a new way. It
is Bing Han Refined Ginseng Powder. I began taking this pure Panax Ginseng,
on May 22nd of this year.
I had been hoping to get some much needed exercise by golfing this summer,
but lacked the breath and the energy to do it. Within two weeks of starting
to take this ginseng, I felt good enough to start playing golf. I have
played 9 holes of a medium-sized course using a power cart, every day since
(today is July 15th). I feel very strong and I haven't had any asthma
attacks despite playing on hot, humid days.
Over time from 1991, my conditions improved somewhat. At the time I started
taking the ginseng I had asthma, C.O.P.D., Congestive Heart Failure,
Hyperinsulinemia and blood pressure of around 180 to 200/105. I was taking
Ventolin, Pulmicort, Oxzeze, Altace, Tiazac and Furosemide. My last doctors
appointment was on July 7th with my Naturopath (MD). Blood tests and
Pulmonary Function Test indicated significant recovering lung function the
blood test showed a 40% improvement in my Hyperinsulinemia. My blood
pressure was 126/80. He has eliminated my Ventolin, reduced my Pulmicort to
one puff a day for two weeks, then one puff every other day for two weeks
and then stop it altogether. At that point the ginseng will be able to be
fully effective because the Steroid medication supresses immune function. He
has also started me on a phase out of the Furosemide. He has been amazed by
the change the Bing Han Refined Ginseng Powder has made to my health.

> My name is a Dave.
I snipped the part of your story that was a lie.
Richard Friedel - 16 Jul 2003 09:22 GMT
Your attitude is wrong. Trying to treat what you think is folks'
dogmatic slumber about medication with another type of dogmatism won't
work. Where is the science?
Furthermore, why should importers of oriental medicines with
non-standardized contents of active substances and of doubtful purity be
less likely to be health robbers than inland pharmaceutical outfits,
which mess around with natural substances to get patents on them?
Your Good Samaritan stance does not really ring true. Sounds as if you
are a bit of a chaotic character.
Put your thinking cap on and stop infesting the Internet, the Electronic
Frontier and not the Seventh Hell.
Your story is so touching, but it sounds just like a lie
So straighten up and fly right
Straighten up and stay right
Straighten up and fly right (away from here).

The thing is this, the story is absolutely true. The sound you hear is you
reading it.

Let's have a chat with this "amazed Naturopath (MD)."
Please email me his phone number Dave, and if you agree, his office
can fax your chart notes to my office. Certainly, if he is truly
amazed, as you say, he has charted this miraculous improvement in your
vital signs and is even now pondering the profound implications that
you, Dave, have brought to his attention.
More likely however, is that you'll be gensingin' the blues.

Well, of course I wouldn't consider throwing him to a bunch of people who
have
demonstrated such nasty, cynical behavior. My posts are for people who need
help and are open enough to be able to see that there are merits to this
particular
ginseng. I meet, and speak to many people about many things to help them.
The
ones who don't see go on their own way. I don't fret over that my job is
done once
I offer the insight. The ones who see look at the actual facts of the
ginseng and most
decide to use it and they invariably receive help for their malady and are
thankful.
The first thing a sick person who has been cured, does is tell everyone he
can reach
and become a testimonial for that thing. My MD/HD was so amazed that he is
putting
his patients on this ginseng. Another MD/HD nearby has now got 800 patients
on this
ginseng.
So, buy some and eat it or go about your business.

Certainly, you have absolutely no truth in you. Doctors speak to each
other routinely.
<complete crap snipped>

I didn't think so.

Yes they do, so what's your point?
