Is Allegra D safe for use in Diabetics and those with idiopathic eye
proplems such as increased pressure without glaucoma.

Yes.

There is a some chance of increasing the blood pressure with decongestants
(the "D" part) but for most people the increase is minimal. There is no
problem with the diabetes.

There is some risk of taking decongestants in people with untreated closed
angle glaucoma. The problem is that dilating the pupil can close off the
canals and increase the pressure by preventing the efflux of fluid. If you
don't have specifically untreated closed angle glaucoma (the less common
type) then there should be no effect on intraocular pressures.

In that case I would suggest that a new doctor and a new pharmacist
are in order.
