Singular gives me night terrors.  I take it for both sinus and asthma
problems.
Can it be taken in the day time without any problems.

It was FDA approved for dosing before bed. I think that is just because that
is the way the studies were done and I am not sure why they were done that
way. I've never heard any logical reason why it shouldn't be taken during
the day and I do fine taking it that way.

I take it once/day in the morning - works fine.  You could also try cutting
the pill in half and taking half in the morning and half at night (or just
get the 5mg pills, they're chewable and made for kids).
