I think that is just because that is the way the studies were done and I am not sure why they were done that way. I've never heard any logical reason why it shouldn't be taken during the day and I do fine taking it that way. -- CBI, MD > Singular gives me night terrors. You could also try cutting the pill in half and taking half in the morning and half at night (or just get the 5mg pills, they're chewable and made for kids). -S- |
