I am need to buy a battery operated nebulizer for use when out. The
other reason is that I am in Houston and in cases of no electricity
due to storms, I have to be able to nebulize. This past year I had
pneumonia for 6 months, and the doc felt that an ultrasonic neb would
help a great deal. So my question is: How is the Omron MicoAir? How
hard is it to take care? How hard is it to use? I don't see how you
use it from the picture of it. Do you use it like a bong? Sorry to put
it that way. I don't smoke at all. One of this RTs that came to my
house had to use that metaphor, when I was doing treatments for the
pneumonia. I am having a hard time figuring out the MicroAir and want
to understand it before I buy it. I called Omron, but did not get much
of an answer on this.
Thanks,
Conrad

I have one of those. It was supposed to be great from what I read. But I had
to return it after a couple of months - it basically went down due to
"corrosion". But they did replace it in a timely manner. I'm not sure if I
should say it is OK or not.
I don't know how to use a bong, but I certainly don't think the Microairis
hard to use. The battery didn't come with it but was a separate charge of
about a hundred if I recall.

It takes 2 AA batteries right? Those are easy to come by. Conrad
