I have wore a mask to sleep, breathing in thru the mask and breathin out
thru my nose not within my mask. I actually think it helped a little. photo
evidence is but one link to what is happening. This is why I have been
posting about this for four years. Every person downwind or gettting
moderate amounts of this poison not only get it indoor but outdoors. i have
done everything humanly possible to get people to act, but instead we have
to actually argue this in the Supreme Court as whether damage needs to be
cleaned and I would not be surprised that the pollution and its effects
could be proven in one hundred different ways and the Suprem Court led by
conservatives would still say its not proven.

You could actually do it unconciosly, while sleeping? I mean the
breathing pattern.

is pollution especially bad in your partular area? Like, made a huge
concrete factory? Otherwise I don't see such a fight can lead to
anything in short-term.

If it makes you feel any better, this is not the first time
environmentalists have sued EPA. That time EPA lost and the Superfund money
was allocated. Remember Love Canal?

Using a lower efficiency filter will NEVER be better than using a
higher efficiency unit.
In Air Cond.(cooling) season you MAY run into a frosted over evaporator
when the filter gets too dirty and air flow gets restricted. Otherwise
higher efficiency is always better......
Have you sealed around the filter with tape, and/or the door to
preclude any air by-passing the filter? It makes a difference.

I am lucky I can figure out how to put the filter in, next to electro
something filter machine that doesn't seem to work. The filter seems to be
where the air comes thru the house and where the heater guy told me where it
goes. I see no air pass thru that itsn't covered by the filter. Just look at
the filter and you can see it does collect the dirt. But thanks for your
analysis about which filter to use, I will believe you. I think 3m just came
out with an even higher rated filter. I saw it at Home Depot but it wasn't
the size that fits my heater , I basically need a good filter machine but
nothing helps , although I can see how it collects the dirt so I know it
could be worse. I know millions don't use one and millions are starting to
get educated. 3m sales have gone thru the roof with global warming
forecasts.
