living with mold

I think?? I have a mold problem.  Until I get some time to really check
for sure what would be the best way to try and live with it.  Should I
sleep with the doors open and a fan on? Or try and get more air to move
through the room? Or shut it off and keep no air flowing.  I have
asthma and I get sick easy.  I get sinus infections without much
trouble at all.  I have a CPAP machine but it never made a difference
in my sleep. Should I use it as a filter to prevent me from breathing
mold. If so would I put something in the water to help with this?

I don't really know what the problem is but the reason for my concern
is I went to my parents house for a few days and noticed I needed allot
less sleep.  So I am thinking something is wrong with the room. I used
a HEPPA filter for a long time but it didn't seem to make a difference.
Do I need a bigger one? two or three of them?

Any pointers on this would be very helpful
Thanks
Uriah

Can't you clean it off?  Some very strong bleack and a sponge would do it.
( I have a respirator that I brought from a DIY shop and I put that on just
before going beserk with a bleach spray.  The respirator stops me gagging).
