Women in third world countries often have to gather dung or shrubs to
fuel the fires for cooking and heat. The fires that are produced are
always smokey. They live, work and breath in this polluted mess. If
they have any lung sensitivities, they will die very young.

and the point is not to throw the baby out with the water. I am not saying
we don't need energy or even coal and of course cars, its that certain
places accumulate more heat ( trapped) cause of location and located in
areas close to polluters like near major highways and coal plants. One can't
the gov warn the people of potential risks, can't the news media do the
same? Can't the polluters come to some sort of an agreement to lower the
emissions faster and I know its possible. The govt can help soften the costs
while expecting greater income from productivity . This is just some of the
things our govt might do to protect its most important resource, its
people.
