Is Resperate useful to help breathing and panic ?
Melissa - 09 Sep 2006 12:43 GMT
I think slow controlled deep breathing if you are able helps in both.

i have done both. my oldest son has too esp when you don't have any meds
around to help fix the situation

though this isn't for that, i can't see it being a total  loss to have. it
may help but be aware that I bet it depends more on how you FEEL than what
the numbers on there would say.
wish i could help more,
melissa granada

Resperate:TREATS - High blood pressure (hypertension), which can strike
anyone but is most common in diabetics and the obese and leads to 2 million
deaths annually from strokes, heart attacks, heart failure and kidney
damage.

HOW IT WORKS - It analyzes a patient's breathing rate and composes a
two-toned melody for retraining breath rate to therapeutic levels in
15-minute sessions. In time, the effect leads to a sustained reduction in
blood pressure.
