Hmm.  This user only sent this question to one newsgroup.  There is an
outside chance that this might be a serious question.

When I input alcohol asthma into Yahoo search, the first result I found was
asthma.about.com/od/asthmafaq/f/asthmaalcohol.htm .  The title given for
this page is "Can Alcohol Cause an Asthma Attack?"

Alcohol is a depressant.  I presume that when it works on the breathing
passages, it acts as a bronchoconstrictor rather than a bronchodilator.
This is not the direction you want if you are an asthmatic.
