I read that a new one will become available in 2007 -- forget where I
read that though. The Landmark looks pretty much like a regular MDI
canister holder but it has a counter on the front part. The link below
will take you to an article and a picture of it. It also have a less
technical way of determining the amount of medicine left in the canister.

The Seretide inhaler I now get in the UK has a built in counter.
