ever since we relocated to reno nevada, our family is constantly sick
in the winter time. every month we are sick with some sort of
congestion, sinus drainage and now 2 of our family members have
"asthma".

it seems as though everyone is becoming allergic to everything. how on
earth did we humans get by without all of these drugs 40-50 years ago?

i never had allergies as a child. doctors just pump us full of
anitbiodics and steriods, not looking into why we are all of a sudden
sick.

any one out there feeling the same way?

mom in nevada (sick)

If you think they are making you more sick than well then don't go and don't
take them.

There, problem solved.

No, I know better.

"Doctors" are looking into why allergies and asthma are getting more common.

If you're sick all the time and now two of you have suddenly been
diagnosed with asthma, it's possible you have a bacterial
infection that is causing these problems (including asthma).
Unless you're diagnosed with the right antibiotic at the correct
dose for the right length of time, your problems will continue,
if bacteria is the culprit.  Check out www.asthmastory.com for
links to medical studies and additional information about this.

concrete medical information you can present to your doctor.

mominnevada,

you should listen to NSCEO. I know getting a doc to listen is a hassle. But
you know what your goal is.

Take me down. CBI

That would be tough. I would first have to figure out what it is you are
trying to say. It has been some time since I have been able to do that.
