Patient who have a wheezing sound on chest and asthma but she has a
also ischemia heart disease ( septal myocardial ischemia ) . I want to
prescribe methylprednisolone.. is there any problem?

Airway, breathing, circulation.

It is basic first aid.

Nothing is worse for the heart than not being able to breath so do what
you need to so to accomplish that and deal with the cardiac issues as
best you can. Besides, the steroids should not be a direct problem for
the heart. The fluid retention and effects on the sugar and lipids can
be, but generally not a short burst.
