I was wondering what you may know about nutrition as it relates to
asthma.  When I am taking all my vitamins I find I have less lung
reaction.  Thoughts?

Right now I take:
GNC Womans Multivitamin
B Complex
Q10
Glucosamine
Lecithin
E
Calcium

It could be coincidental. I've always wondered the same thing.
Glucosamine did not help my knee problems and the vitamins that I take
do not seem to affect my lungs. But if your body was missing something
and it just happened to plug in.. it could work. Hopefully we can find
more people with some results to show?

A great DVD I cam across: ASTHMA: An integrated Approach. It's just been
launched and has great details on: allergies, food, sensitivities,
nutritional medicine, environmental concerns, sea spray therapy,
electromagnetic therapy, acupuncture... etc. It is exhaustive! The
company is called visionhealth. www.visionhealth.co.uk. I was given a
preview disc, not sure when it comes out.
