Some of these are being recalled. The medication bottle (the main works)
is being replaced by Omron free of charge.
Look on the face of the main unit, the one that holds the batteries.
You'll find a label that tells the model # and perhaps the serial #.
Call customer service during regular office hours at 1-800 634-4350.
They will determine whether your unit should be replaced.
I've been using this nebulizer for over a year and a half and the only
trouble I've ever had is that it is   l e a k y   frequently.
I got my new unit last night and so far so good.

BTW I've been very happy with this ultrasonic nebulizer. So much better
than my ol' compressor driven rig.---Jack

I have mine at least that long and I love it also.... now I can actually
go out and do things when my asthma is not under control.. (which is
very often).... it's been a godsend since the day I got it.. and my
insurance company paid for it totally!!

mine is not leaking either.... well sometimes it does.. but thats only
when I have to use it alot.... but they are going to send me a new
medicine bottle as mine was in the lot of ones that they are recalling.
Though fair warning.. the toll free number is a pain is use.. they are
only there 8:30 to 4:40 central time.. and you don't find that out till
long after you have gone thru many many many menus just trying to find
one that will give you a live person.  I finally emailed them and
expressed my aggravation at their system .. and they are handling
everything thru email to get me the new part..... they took my address
and are going to ship it out UPS in 3 to 5 business days....
