I sometimes get a really itchy inside throat. It makes me want to put my hand down my
throat and itch it. And i have to make stupid sounds to make the itching go away. Why
does this happen?

G'day Siraj, It is likely that you are experiencing an irritant
exposure of some kind.
Minute particles tend to be collected in the upper breathing and throat
kinds of airway areas and produce an effect.
This may be dust of one kind or another or some other airborne
substance or fume.
It is quite often a forerunner to an allergy condition which needs to
be accurately determined as early as possible for least long-term
effect.
It may well be worthwhile having a scratch-type (or equivalent) allergy
test to try to determine what the problem cause might be.
Careful analysis of your exposure possibilities may allow you to
determine something.
There are other routines which can help.
Try not to be dependent on drugs.
Cheers, Merlin.

Yes I always try to stay away from drugs. The last time we went to the doctor she made
me get medicines worth over 70 dollars and they had no effect atall. But i have excersise
induced asthma so i don't really think i need drugs that much.

G'day Siraj, yes it is a hard problem to address.
In that you mention you have exercise induced asthma, but also mention
the throat itching problem are you quite sure you don't have ordinary
allergy problem and that it is simply becoming apparent with a heated,
more sensitive body mechanism.
I do have a routine which allowed me to "shake" my own asthma problem
which involves a natural desensitising method using a morning showering
method plus numerous other applied beneficial procedures which is
helpful in many cases which you are welcome to try, but you do need to
identify what is actually causing your problem for best results.
Do you have any idea of the actual allergens?
Cheers, Merlin.
