What do you find to be the best breathing technique when using a T-shaped
nebulizer head?

This really was a serious question.  My wife says she was told by the Docs
to breath naturally, I find that I get a 'deep into the lungs' burst by
putting my hand over the exhaust end, waiting till i feel a small amount
of pressure in my mouth and then drawing hard and removing my hand.
(Yes, I grew up in the sixties and know what that is 'just like' ;-))
But it works and I use less albuterol.  I do about 4 inhales that way and
i am good for the night -- well about 6 hours anyway.  Of course, I have
been in a respiratory condition where that was not an option.  But.....my
question is if there is anything wrong with doing it that way when I can?
