     Rule #2: Don't EVER Spam
Spamming on Usenet is an all-around bad idea. Users hate
it. They sometimes even unionize to request the permanent
eviction of a diligent spammer. No one is nice to a spammer. If
you choose to do it, you will have no friends on Usenet.
Advertisers who fill a newsgroup with spam often run into
trouble - big trouble. Their plan almost always backfires as they
realize they are doing more harm than good for the product or
service they are trying to sell. The only thing an advertiser
will gain from spamming Usenet is lots of angry phone calls. Don't
do it. What's worse, a lot of Usenet service providers state in
their disclaimer that they will sue advertisers who use their
services to spam. Unless you want to be friendless, penniless and
clientless, it's not a good idea to spam Usenet.

you mean the commercially owned pay-per access to Newsgroup company
Rule....yes then can enforce that it is a private company.....oooh you are
advertising the company.............

http://www.newsgroups.com

then do you mean http://www.usenetportal.com another private usenet portal
currently working on their advertising structure. so they can SPAM you...
"We are currently reworking our advertising pricing structure. This page
coming soon!"

http://www.usenetportal.com/advertise.php

oooh...you are SPAMMING.......I will give you a slap in the hand .....do not
do that again ok....or you will end up in the corner........

I need the actual Rule

like

http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c105:S.875:

then again SPAM...... unsolicited usually commercial E-mail sent to a large
number of addresses

A message is Spam only if it is both Unsolicited and Bulk.

did anyone send a large number of commercial e-mail....??

Back you claims please....... E-MAIL.......

this again remain spineless...............how many times did I SPAM....none

got to do more research please...........

and the newsgroup you are referring .....darn that is a commercial private
newsgroup....a pay per access

there you can Stop your false Claims.........because that is a private
company in North Dakota...

c'mon you can do better....you made a domain look-up.....

Thanks for the post. I suspect this particular person is immune however and
therefore doomed to be a social outcast.

Oh, well. Too bad. But afterall, he was a jerk.

Well, he doesn't understand English except when he feels it
benefits him to do so, and he doesn't care about netiquette.  He
thinks having the right to do something makes it the right thing
to do.

Don't his long ramblings and tone remind you of others who have
posted here?   I haven't a clue how he would have time to sell
even one, let alone many of these things.  He lives here, posting
long diatribes of nothing, probably not so much with the intent
of selling as much as pissing people off.

Maybe if people flooded ebay with complaints, he'd get back to
doing whatever it is that he does, which, hopefully, isn't just
to elicit attention here.

I was wondering how it was he had so much time also. The "boss" person he
has referred to might wonder if they made a hiring error.
