It has helped lots of people or they would not prescribe it but prescription
Naprosyn worked better for me.    Both will give you ulcers,,, by the way...

What a questions....  Use your own good judgment and live or not with the
results.   I used to work in a brewery and I never stopped drinking the free
beer but I believe in and practice moderation.   I was also taking 3-500mg
prescription Naprosyn a day to keep working because at the time I did not
know I had RA.
   Taking aspirin and IBU or Nap at the same time is not a good idea which
I am sure your doctor has told you but again,,, I have done it because I had
a sinus infection.   Sorry,,,, no straight in a line answers.
