Every day in health food stores around the country, people return month
after month to replenish their natural arthritis fighters. They
wouldn't be coming back, spending their own money, if the stuff didn't
work.

It WORKS! Nothing works for everyone. So some experimentation is
necessary in some cases.

If you want a double blind study as your proof, please contact the
makers of Celebrex, Vioxx, Bextra, and Alleve (naproxin.) They've got
paper shredders full of them.

The recent news events will turn even more people to natural
substances.

Welcome aboard.

When it turns my doctor and he says take them - I will.

I would venture that your doctor is the least informed person you know
regarding natural medicine.

What he knows is a combination of nothing and incorrect information.
I've educated a few of them.

By the way, we have maybe a half-dozen physicians who regularly buy
supplements at the store where I work. Maybe they know something.

Also, three times as many physicians order EDTA for chelation as
prescribe it for their patients. In other words, two out of every three
doctors are using it for themselves and their family members, but not
for their patients. So your doctor might believe in natural cures, but
he might not be telling you.

So you are stuck with the dangerous stuff with the double-blind horse
manure he is prescribing for you.

OK, so my Doctor knows of remedies that would work for me but chooses
to keep the info to himself, treat himself and his family with it but
not treat me with it.

All I can say is you and I have a different opinion of professionals.

If I want a builder I can choose a time served guy who has trained
laid bricks and has certificates to prove it. I can also ask the guy
down the hardware store if he knows anyone and he can say "year Fred
built a bar-b-que in his garden last year"

In the same way all of my doctors will have 6 years med school behind
them and a certificate to prove it, the consultants about 15 years,
but on your basis, if I want surgery, well the local butcher is pretty
good at filleting steak!

But hey, that's what usenet is about, differing opinions. You keep
educating the doctors, I'm sure they will take a self appointed
medical educator seriously.

Physicians are very , very bright and highly educated and trained
people. So it's unfortunate that they are trained in the wrong way.

If they used the really powerful herbal cures combined with their
advanced knowledge -- knowledge that far exceeds my own -- there would
be a new day, a quantum leap in healing, that could take place.

If I am able to safely heal people with my more limited knowledge, they
could do so much more. But as it is right now, most doctors are unable
to achieve what I am able to do.

For instance, there is the retired medical doctor who had a heart
attack and subsequent crushing angina pain. I gave him the manuscript
to read that I am now selling. Well guess what? His angina was lifted
to where he was able to return to normal activities.

He shouldn't have had to find this out from me. But that is the state
of medicine today.

Thanks for the info Paul, pitching is about the size of it, hope no
one is taken in by it.

Yeah, go ahead and hoard some Celebrex or Aleve while you are at it.
That should take you far.

As anyone can see from this thread, my original message is a statement
about how informed people are going to switch to natural treatments for
arthritis. If you want to be a stick your head in the sand in the face
of all the news that is coming out, no one can stop you. You will be
the one who pays the price for your decision. Just don't complain about
your results here.

Have a nice day.

For Snake Oil merchants, even Christmas day is a working day, what's
happening in new year? Selling your Grandmother maybe?

Informed people need only be informed that their bank balance will
dwindle with no real hope of effective treatment if they follow your
sales pat.

Merry Christmas
