This obsessed criminal stalker has been patrolling about 10 different
newsgroups as a self-appointed netcop for many years. Paul T Holland
subscribes to the notion that anything done to "spammers" or "trolls" as he
chooses to define them, is justified. Anyone who violates his "rules" can
expect Paul to engage in "stalking by proxy." Paul will comb usenet, as well
as many other public and private sources in search of information on his
target. He will then post the name, address and phone number of his intended
target along with his twisted interpretation of any other information he has
dug up. Then he will encourage his sycophants to use that information in
further illegal attacks. When Paul is in full stalking mode he will continue
to monitor everything his intended target does in any public forum and he
will answer every post his target makes.
