I am 60 and have OA in my hips...usuall story of steady getting worse over
last few years..
I used to walk a lot ...to and from work every day etc...as the OA has
become worse I have cut the walking and other wear-on-the-legs activity down
so in the last year or so I walk only short distances...much, much less than
before ...
BUT! the OA continues to worsen at the same rate as earlyer years....How
come ?
Its a 'Wear and Tear' thing isn't it ?...so why when the wear and tear I
place on my legs is much reduced does not the condition much reduce in its
progress ???
I have seen the same pattern in many other people..
Why when we 'ease-up' the OA doesn't. ?

Hi HwB,,,   The damage might already be done.   Have you tried
gluco-condri....?    Many, many people have OA and get good results with it.
Your hips maybe inflamed and you might need a little steroid to cool them
down.... your doctor will have to have the final say on this.
