My name is Sonia St. Claire. I live on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia
and was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 1994 and was bed-ridden (on
and off) for about 18 months with symptoms including chronic anaemia, joint
pain (requiring three operations) all whilst being prescribed heavy
rheumatic drugs.

I cured myself through diet and a positive attitude. It was all trial and
error with a few setbacks, and I have now been in remission and drug free
since July 1999.

I decided to share my personal story and also to share the process of
healing with other sufferers. I have written a paperback book which is also
available as an e-book.
