It would be appreciated if prayers/good thoughts could be sent/said
for my mother in law Lucille Greenup who had a stroke this morning.
She is in the ICU at Unity Hospital, Fridley Minnesota.

Sending Good Thoughts,
{{{{Lucille Greenup}}}}

The nurse that called me said it isn't to severe. Lucille was in the
hospital for testing to find out why she was having head aches & pain
in her neck & right shoulder so they were able to start tPA (tissue
plasminogen activator) right away.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts, prayers & hugs.
Lucille is doing really well & wants to go home, but will probably
need to stay in the hospital for a few days more. She has a little
trouble talking, but no other problems from the stroke.

Alex, that is really good news.  If her speech needs help, a speech
therapist could help.

Hi Alex,

Sorry I missed this earlier!!!   How is Lucille doing now?   Is she
home?   Any permanent deficits from what she has been through?
Sending prayers that all is well with her now and that you and Sarah are
also doing well!!!

Hugs!

Hi Donna,

Yes, Lucille is is home & doing great. She has a very slight slurring
of some words & a little trouble understanding some words.

She & Sarah are having a baby shower for Kandice today.
My seventh granddaughter is due the second week of March. :-)

Wow, Alex, that is great that Lucille is doing so well so quickly.   I
am amazed that she is already feeling up with helping to put on a baby
shower!

Congratulations to you all on the new bundle of joy that is due in
march!!!
