Good practical informaion can be found at alt.support.headache, although
it can be depressing at times, there are folks there with experience in
such matters.

Not sure why it's depressing at times ;-), or agree that it is, but
actually, that would be alt.support.headaches.migraine

You can also find good cluster info at www.clusterheadaches.com and
www.clusterheadaches.org (OUCH)

Please do yourself a big favor and go to the cluster site that Pink listed.
It has
alot of GOOD information.  If you do happen to go to the
alt.support.headache.migraine site it is a good one too.  I am a member over
there
too.  Good luck

Some headaches are caused by hidden (delayed) food sensitivities
(allergies). Talk to a naturopathic doctor (Yellow Pages) or an
alternative doctor (www.acam.org).
