It appears that among the spas that have traditionally been recognized as  
beneficial for psoriasis is one on the dead sea.  There is also one in  
Washington State and others spread around the world. I don't know if I'd  
put any faith in it, but there may be a thread of crdedibility in that  
ad.  On the other hand, it may have been dug up in Tallahassee.

He's shilling snake oil being sold on ebay in this support group by
spamming. Would you like to invite all the other spammers to come here?
They could easilly post far more forsale ads than the on topic posts.
