I'm glad I've been taking Vitamin D for about 15 years; hate to think what
would have happened to me if I hadn't.  Have heart, lung, BP, OA and other
problems.

Ah.

Live in a good climate. Eat fresh fish and salad often. Drink red wine
moderately. Enjoy the sun. Live a long healthy life and don't work too
hard.
