Wow!!! Yes I feel the difference from my first treatment. Mine was a
three hour one simply because she wanted to stretch it out to prevent
headaches and reactions. Two weeks from now it will be a two hour
procedure. But yes I feel a big difference. More limber and not as
sore and stiff. Right now I have a headache which I believe is the
side effect. It just started an hour ago. Of course I'm fused in the
next and besides doing this for three hours I worked five in my part
time job so it could stress in the neck more than the remicade. I
don't want to get overexcited but after the holidays once I start
dieting I feel like I am going to be a new man. So there. That's my
report.

TLD, that's just AWESOME!!
I've heard of people having a quick reaction, but this is a bit much!
Lucky for you!
What good news and how wonderful to be feeling a bit better just before
the holidays!

Just a FYi on the Remicade. I was on it for 4 months and it worked GREAT.
Every time I had a treatment I had a preventative dose of Benadryl. All of
the sudden on my 7th treatment I broke out in hives ALL OVER my body and
had to be rushed to the ER for IV Benadryl. I would suggest that you watch
very carefully for any itching, swelling or rashing while your on the
treatment

Thanks to all. I will watch for the hives as well. I feel good today
but still a little stiff. But I can notice the difference. Merry
Christmas to all and for those that believe in other ways peace!

That's marvelous! I know one person who is temporarily absent due to a
cross-country move, said she could actually feel it taking effect in her
fingers while she was getting her initial infusion. What a miracle drug
this has been for somany folks!

It was a strange feeling sitting in that recliner chair while being
infused. Halfway through which was about one hour and a half I could
feel some difference. Immediately after getting up it was my low back
that felt the best even though I'm riddled with Inflammation
throughout. When I took Enbrel I never had a reaction of any kind
which leads me to think I won't have any with Remicade. Two days after
my infusion my low back does still feel better but it's mostly
everywhere I feel better now. Still stiff in the morning but not like
before. Sitting on hard bleachers for three of my son's basketball
games this week didn't help though. On Tuesday and Thursday I had dye
injected MRI's on each shoulder. I have an appointment in two weeks
with the Ortho Surgeon and I'm excited to see what the results are. Is
it a tear or just the AS I have. Next week I have the echocardiogram
and in two weeks a cervical MRI. I'm getting everything checked out.
I feel like a car at inspection time. Peace and blessings to all.
